1. PAYMENT METHOD: You may purchase your website design package online via Pay Pal
or you may pay in cash via a personal interview consultation, by appointment only by calling us at 248.327.4879.
2. PAGE DESIGN:
Web Design Genie Dot Com will design and construct & produce your custom
designed web site. The site may contain
text; in the form of, information, data, figures** etc. and graphics; in the
form of photos, logos, line art etc. which may be
provided by the client or produced by our creative design team. Web Design Genie
Dot Com reserves an absolute right to
determine what type of clients it will accept and what type of web sites it
will design and host. (Pages containing extensive
lists of pricing data or composed exclusively of pricing data will be charged
a surcharge of .05 cents USC per entry).
3. HOSTING:
Web Design Genie Dot Com gives you choices on your website hosting and maintenance.
We will provide you a list of
options on hosting for you choose from. In addition, Web Design Genie Dot Com
provides maintenance on all sites it
designs for its clients, at our client's discretion. Web Design Genie Dot Com
reserves the right to choose what type of hosting arrangements its clients sites
are best served by as per written permission of our clients.
4. RESPONSIBILITY:
Web Design Genie Dot Com backs up all its work regularly and its hosting server
also backs up its system regularly,
however, technical problems can arise due to system failures and service disruptions
which are beyond the control of or
Web Design Genie Dot Com the hosting services. Such things as natural disasters,
acts of war, total power loss,
terrorism, destructive acts of 'hackers', band width changes on the Internet
and failures due to other unidentified
problems. THEREFORE:

The Client agrees to hold Web Design Genie Dot Com harmless in any controversy
or legal action arising from the Client's
use of Web Design Genie Dot Com service's, including but not limited to, web
site content and domain name selection.
Further, Client agrees that Web Design Genie Dot Com liability for any failure
to provide virtual hosting services
regardless of cause or duration shall be limited to a refund of the fee's paid
for the month in which the failures occurred. It
is further specifically agreed that Web Design Genie Dot Com shall under no
circumstances be liable for any lost profits or
other consequential damages.
